Joanna is an investor relations director at Digital Horizon where she builds cross-border relationships across institutional and intermediary investors in the UK, Europe and Israel. Prior to that, she worked at Picus Capital building out an investor relations function for their early-stage fund vintage series. Prior to joining Picus, she spent several years in various business development roles in private assets distribution team at Schroders Capital, where the team's fundraising rate quadrupled from £3bn to £12bn in three years.

Joanna holds an MBA from Imperial College in London and a BA from Harvard University in Cambridge, MA. She is also a CAIA and CFA in ESG Investing charter holder.
